To enhance Adidas Singapore's retail experience, we proposed a digital kiosk to assist customers in selecting the right shoes for them. A series of interactive screens is used to filter the results, and each shoe has its own page where users can explore its features and more.

To enhance Adidas Singapore's retail experience, we proposed a digital kiosk to assist customers in selecting the right shoes for them. A series of interactive screens is used to filter the results, and each shoe has its own page where users can explore its features and more.

Placed alongside the shoe shelves, the digital shelf blends in seamlessly within the store experience and becomes helpful when customers need help finding the right pair for them before interacting with the store staff.

After studying the characteristics and features of the entire catalogue of shoes, we designed a brief and interactive series of questions that helps narrow down options based on the customer's needs and preferences.
